Mr. Leslie Rebello

Mr. Rebello, Director, L. R. Associates Pvt. Ltd., company engaged in Management Consultancy and Education with a focus on Learning and Revival. He also created L. R. Management Education Institute with the social responsibility of competency building for those interested in being more effective at a very economical cost. He invests valuable time to design organizational development interventions, to facilitate creation of vision, mission and values for organisations, to clarify top management thinking in the areas of ethics, growth, expansion, and diversification. As a consultant his prime focus is to identify probable bottlenecks in the way of organizational effectiveness through research and to recommend / advocate solutions. He has provided clients, critical inputs in strategy, entrepreneurship, performance management, problem solving, project execution and role clarification.

With over fifteen years in various managerial positions involving creation of a software company and diversification leading to formation of 4 profit centers, in April 1992 his entrepreneurship led to his being a behavioral solution provider, involving transformation of people who ultimately transform organizations. He has also imparted management training to more than 18,000 employees of various management cadres in areas such of change management, business leadership, team building, effectiveness, the art of delegation and creativity.

Mr. Rebello has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Personnel and Industrial Relations, Xavier's Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, with a prior Graduation in Law from Karnatak University Dharwar, India. Mr. Rebello is a visiting faculty at some of the best Business Schools in India viz., Indian School of Business (ISB), Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Mr. Puneet Mhatre

Mr. Mhatre is currently, Principal Consultant, L. R. Associates Pvt. Ltd., and Director L. R. Management Education Institute. In his role as a Consultant he is responsible for developing solutions through intervention, analysis of dysfunctional behavior, and value modifications and has been associated with successes in Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, Training and Management Consulting services.

As a management trainer he has imparted training to more than 5,000 employees of various cadres in areas of Team Building, Motivation, Communication Skills, Conflict Management, Organisational Development, Leadership and Interviewing Skills. As a consultant the various assignments that he has executed include SWOT Analysis, Preparation of Personnel Manuals and Job Descriptions designing Performance Appraisal Systems, Organisational Climate Studies etc.

Mr. Mhatre has a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Psychology, University of Mumbai, India and a Diploma in Personnel Management, Xavier's Institute of Management, Mumbai, India.

Ms. Meghna Joshi, Consultant

Ms. Joshi, holds a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Psychology and Diploma in Business Management. She has extensively worked in the areas of Organisation Consulting like Organisational Diagnosis, Role Consultation and in Management Education like Communication, Team Building, etc.

Ms. Vinita Engineer, Consultant

Ms. Engineer has a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Psychology. She is responsible for implementation of Consultancy assignments viz. Organisational Diagnosis and 360 Degree Appraisals. She has worked in the areas of test administration and interpretation through Behavioral Training. She has designed and synchronized several training programs.

Ms. Rachna Nanda, Consultant

Ms. Nanda has a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Psychology. She has worked extensively on the training areas of Performance Management, Leadership, Decision Making, Assertiveness and Communication Skills. She has designed and synchronized several training programs. She has also worked in the areas of administration of psychological tests and tools.

Ms. Nirmala D'mello, Associate Consultant

Ms. D'mello is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management. She heads the Recruitment Consulting Division at L. R. Associates Pvt. Ltd. Ms. D'mello handles Business Development and catering to Client requirements for Critical Positions. She has also worked in the area of Management Education through conducting programs such as Self Development, Conducting and Facing Interviews, etc.

Mr. Vikesh Thakkar, Accountant

Mr. Thakkar has a Post Graduate degree in Commerce and Finance Management. He has consulted on Management Accounting, Feasibility Studies, Taxation Matters etc. Mr. Thakkar is also responsible for coordination and maintenance of all statutory payments, Variance Analysis, Preparation of Profit and Loss statements, Preparation of M. I. S. Reports etc. within the organisation.
